I am availing Tata Sky Services from past 2 plus years. Till 1 year the service was fine but now the services are not up to the mark, we pay monthly 683 Rs and the channel we subscribed for we never get to see those channels and also even if it does not rain, it shows that the network is not avaialble due to poor weather conditions which is not the case. Now i have to recharge for my monthly subscription, but due to some technical error i am unable to do so. I am amazed at the response, service and the attitude, the brand is carrying. They are not worthy to apply TATA Tag, Pl shape up or you will be shipped out. Resolve the issue asap.
