My Tatasky HD set top box is not working from more than three weeks. I have lodged complaint on help@tatasky by email more than 5 times. Once technician came and changed the box but next day again it stopped working. This was about 19 days ago. Since I have mailed so many times but remained unanswered. Not able to understand, what to do, whom to contact. In last mail, I have asked contact details of higher authorities but still no reply. Just fed up now. It is my sincere request now, if you really are not interested in me, please refund my money, take back your all equipment so that I can look for other options. Please do it fast
