Sir ,
My name is Praveen having Tata sky service with subscription ID : 1270135146,
As per our online chat with Tata sky executive on 08/08/2020 they told me that he arrange executive for clear the issue, when his executive is not arrived then I chat with team again they told we have not any complaint from your side then again they filed a complaint and arrange a executive but he is come on next day then he said that your set top box is under warrenty you did not pay any amount of this but 150 is payble for visiting fees then I said ok after that the same day the new set top having same problem then I call the customer care they charged me 500 for 350/- set top box and 150 service charge then I told him that you executive said that the box is under warrenty
after long follow ups with Tata sky team they told me that sir your warrenty period is expire on 11/08/2020 so you have to pay the charges in the meanwhile they. Think the consumer are fool what ever amount they charged just because we are trust on him
all are cheaters and liers
