Dear Sir
I have been customer of Tata Sky from almost more than 12 years. I have booked one complain on Tata Sky Helpline Number almost 5 Days back and still there is no resolutions for that.
I have book complain for Cable connections as it got broken and since last 5 days someone is calling me they come to my location and when I show them work to be done they keep on saying that they don’t have enough material or enough man power to get the work done and they will contact me soon.
Even I have called more than 10 time to Tata Sky Customer Care and each time they keep on saying that they have taken my request on Escalation and it will be resolved in couple of hours but still today after 2 days there so called “ESCALATION” does not sound anywhere. I am really very disappointed with the way they are handling this complain.
I will be highly obliged if someone senior person can look into this matter and contact me as soon as possible.
