Binge services were provided free for one month though not asked for any such services.
We informed that we do not want the services, two persons handed over the firestick and went off, later on your feedback call we again informed that we do not want the binge service ,you can please check from the call recording.
During the month of April the Tata sky service provider assured us that after Lockdown/work order firestick will be colleted, the firestick was collected on 05 June 2020 but still we are being charged for the binge services.
Kindly credit the amount which was recovered for binge services
