Dear Sir/Ma’am
I am a customer of Tata Sky (customer id: 1192907283). I have recharged my a/c with Rs 5824/= (five thousand eight hundred and twenty four rupees only) on 5th June 2019 for 1 year. I was having 2 boxes, from which one of the box has been asked to deactivate permanently. In November 2019 (22/11/2019) they have reactivate my secondary box and just drop a msg to me, but due to my extremely busy schedule I do not see all my msgs. I did not get any call regarding same. Since then I was charged for both the boxes. Now all of a sudden I checked msg on my TV screen that my subscription is going to get expire on 13th March and got to know the matter. On inquiring from customer care, I was told that through phone they can deactivate the box only for certain period and after that it resume automatically and charges start. This has not been told to me during deactivation process.
it’s a case of cheating people without any information. I am a scientist and now I am putting my valuable time in this matter. Kind request to please look into the matter and please order to TATA sky (1) to make a rule that if they can activate the device on phone, why not deactivate permanently (2) adjust my money and provide me bonus of 1 month for which I was eligible also (3) compensate me for my mantel harassment.
