I Ankita kumari customer id 1376637144 purchased new tata sky through online dth service. com for one year plan named hindi value Plus pack channel (added extra channels like colors, color cine plex, ristey, nick, sonic, mtv, vh1, cnbc, etc and many more extra channels for one year plan rs 226 x12=2712)
But after instalation they gave me only hindi value annual plan for rs 2299.
I talked them about package related issues, then they replied to me that I paid for your package Hindi value plus pack, U contact customer care. I told him that u paid only for hindi value annual pack for rs 2299. Where as you should be paid rs 2712 as mentioned in your agreement for extra added channel (Hindi value PLUS pack made by on line dth service. Com). I discussed the person mobile no 9810078071 (who booked tata sky) and requested to activate extra added channels, but she refuses to provide extra channels & block my mobile no 7983863069.
I think that it great cunning & fraud who believes in on line purchasing dth services. Please suggest me what should I do on this matter. It is also on line fraud with thousands of customers who purchase online dth services. So plz solve my issues. With hope
