sir my tata sky subscriber id is 1090998848 and registered mobile no is 9997857651. i have raised complaint 10-12 days before and technician visited the premises and told the set up box will be replaced at the cost of rs 700. we said ok. he told that he will come the next day. but he didnt come and my complain was closed. i again raised the complaint and again technician visited again telling that the box will be replaced. since 5-6 days i am calling customer care but they are not able to tell when will the box be replaced. no call is received from the technician also.
please look to the matter or we will have to raise complaint in consumer forum.
