I had raised request with TATA PLAY first on 14-April-2022 with Complaint numbers # 3IZVIHSR & 3J7MMLLG & 3J3HWCF5 which were closed without resolution and without contacting me or providing me any information. Till date, I have been just given false hope of getting the desired support but no one has contacted me yet.
My issue is very simple : I have 2 boxes associated to my account and I want to split it and un-mirror both the boxes. Post the split I want to give extra business to Tata Play on my account by upgrading my primary box post testing. But still no one has contacted me.
Hence appreciate if i can get all the help I can to make it happen.

Tata sky now TATA PLAY but very POOR and VERY VERY BAD service once you get the subscription they are VERY poor with customer service , i lodge the complaint on 20th MAY-22 and till 24th May no one come to resolve the issue which we are facing , sending several / several email and phone calls to customer care apartment but getting recorded reply again and again ,will send the technician very soon and resolve the issue immediate but they aren’t interested but only thing is DAY TIME ROBERY ,
it’s not worth that you ran the cancer hospital with our HARD EARN MONEY and called yourself that you are doing many charity and noble person Mr.TATA , but first of you should and must have to improvise your business fro where you get the money as DAY time robbery and using as charity ,
