Actually I payed Rs 360 against my channel which contains channel like malayalam sports and family, sports and few Hindi channels. And after the payment and as well as before payment TATA sky did not gave the channel Malayalam sports and family . They take payment on time. As we complained at customer care but they did not responded nicely. Are Tata sky making fool ???? As we are from middle class family we know the money value so if we payed on channel please try to be loyal against customer. Really disgusting experience from all Tata sky team, did not helped at all by the customer service team.
At last I want say that if you can’t provide the channel just pay back the money to us.
