My Tata Sky connection was not working since 21st May 2020 morning. After trying for various mode of communication (facing problem like call drop) on 23rd May, 2020 I was able to book a complaint with your call centre vide complaint no. 1-23G3UEOV.
My tata sky connection shows “no signal available”.Since then I am regularly following up through phone call and Whatsapp but no body has paid any proper response other than saying that it will be done.
Whatsapp mode is not at all responsive. Then on 29th May,2020 morning I have escalated the matter to nodal officer level, but unfortunately without the false assurance without any time frame, the things are not progressed.
None has contracted till this time to resolve the case or situation.
I am feeling helpless.
