Dear Sir
Please look into our complaint no. 1HH7VW1H raised on 23rd May’19, which is still unresolved. We also Sent reminders on email 3 times. Every time when we call to the call centre, they are apologizing & asking us to wait for next two hours.
It’s more than six days that we are not getting the signals. Yesterday, they told us that we are taking your new complaint as the previous one was closed by technician, mentioning that the customer has said not to come before one month ????
What is this non sense going on ? Today when I called, they said I….our systems are down.
Is anybody there to help us out & resolve the issue on priority please ??
