Dear Sir / Madam,
And in the afternoon Technician checked and confirm that this Tata sky box IC is dead we need to replace the Box and he replace the same against the above Work Order.
After that, we realized that we have Zeetos Points More than 83000 against my Subscription no given above are not reflected, and immediately I complain again about the same and from Tatasky Mr. Somnath has attended the complaint and assured me to resolve the issue.
In the evening I got a call from Lady she was calling from this no. +91-2071004500 and told me that regarding my Complaint against Zetos of 83000+ and said since my box is replaced so they are not able to restore the Unclaimed Zeetos which are more than 83000 nos back to me and told me that Sorry this is not possible.
Further, I would like to tell you that these Zeetos are won/collected by us to pay the subscription fee Rs. 60/- per month against the Channels that are offered Zeetos.
So past from 12 Years I am regularly paying Rs. 180/- ( Rs. 60/- each for the For Tata Sky Smart Games, Tata Sky Fun Learn and Tata Sky English Channels ) so in a way, the same Zeetos was my mine which is collected while paying a subscription fee to the Tata Sky and they don’t have any right to remove the same from my subscription while changing the Settop Box.
