Hello Sir / Madam,
My Tata Sky ID – 1107480731. I have been using your service more than 5 years, however, I am not satisfied your service. In fact, my monthly pack is Rs.373 and due date is 7th of every month. This month (November 2020) I got the message starting that my recharge amount is Rs.378 and due date is 4th November. Well, I called the Customer Service but the agent was not able to provide any solution. I have attached the message received from Tata Sky.
