My complaint is closed without calling n confirming with us.. its ridiculous n unfair..

U cannot disconnect the call with 1 ir 2 rings… U need yo wait till the customer picks the call… twice i recd. The call n got disconnected… i tried calling that no. Its nt going.. How can u be so harsh…. its unfair nt at all nice on ur part ( tatasky )

My AMOUNT is debitted without my knowledge… it was tatasky fitness channel… n also some other issues….

I had a recharge till Nov. 2020… but now it shows as expires on 30th jun.20…

HOW COME… Y..?

I M.UR VERY OLD CUSTOMER… IN SPITE OF SEVERAL OTHER CONNECTIONS .. I PREFERRED TATASKY.. I WAS OFFERED ALMOST FREE SERVICE BT AIRTEL… JIO N OTHER DTH services… But i bluntly believed n had faith in tatasky…. is this service n way …. u offer … its not done… i will hv to re think before continuing the same..

Hope for a call back n waivers… else…. ???
