I have a tata sky connection. No 1041861772. For which I have taken a pack. Past few days I am not able to watch free channels when complained they told me that I have a signal issue.
I told them if that was the case I would not get other channels too. They have done this in past and after calling Technician they said that I will have to changethe position of the dish and then they charged me for relocation and other charges parts and all.
This time too they are saying the same call Technician .I think that is the way to earn income. I why should I be paying technician visit .Then again he will come up with other things for which we have to shell money. I am not able to view free channels this is my right. Then why this is happening. I request you to look into the matter and stop this unethical ways of charging me for my rights like this.
