My TATASKY subscriber id is 1014661084.

As we were not able to watch any channels so we called and placed a complain with tatasky call center and they arrange the technical visit. we were inform that Rs 150/- service charge plus if any part which was replace will charged extra and in case if cash is given that will be recharged to our tatasky id and the technician also inform us that in case if there is any problem call him directly and he charged Rs 800/- for doing his work but the next day the same problem priciest and as i have not saved his number again i call tatasky to complain that the problem is not solved so again they arrange technician visit and this time my father was not at home and my mother had no idea about the issue and this time the second agent also told the same thing and charged Rs 800/- again and told if any problem then call him directly and not inform tatasky about this matter and next day same thing happened again so i called this technican but he was not well so I call tatasky call center regarding the complain then i came to know that this FRAUD and scam of the techinican that the work they did only costed Rs 300/- were they charged Rs 800/- two times and the main problem was with set-top box which they did not check and now i have to pay again Rs 400/- for set top box.

I escalated this matter to tatasky but they are not ready to help me in this matter they only raised complain id 28M6M6FO and without any satisfactory result they closed the case.

Thus i request you check the same and help with this matter.
