Faulty swap box given to me twice in 3 days .
Complaint is open with TATsky customer care for 3 days.
In last 3 days Technician came once yesterday at night 9 pm without any knowledge of issue and empty handed without box.
No one for service center picking up call
Every time I called customer care that said we have escalated and someone will resolve it soon .. every 2 hours form last 3 days I am following up with customer care.
