I have made many calls to the Customer Care but did not get any convincing answer for the excess amount they have taken for my connection , On 6th March 2018 , we paid a sum of Rs 10,725 for full 12 months subscription as per the below break Up
550 / Month – Primary TV
250 / Month – Secondary TV
175 / Month – For HD
This amounts to Rs 6050 + 1925 + 2750 = 10,725
But under Id # 1004942056 which is also under my Name having RMN 98452 55313
they have collected almost 50% less , they have taken 350 /month for primary & Rs 99 /Month for HD & Rs 250 /Month for Secondary TV
Now i request you to please get me a refund of Rs 3036 being excess payment taken against Id # 1148192667
Secondly since more than 20 days i’ve made a complaint that we were unable to view HD channels and after 3 days when their engineer arrived he said that there is some dish problem with MDU & would return in evening to change it. , now its been more than 20 days i’ve been sending daily mails to nodal officer & customer care help but there is no response , twice their engineer called and said he is coming & kept making false promises..
I urge you to take up both matters with tatasky and resolve my problem
