- We have purchased the Tata sky from Amazon and technician has come to install the unit but he refused to lay the cable and we informed electrician to lay the cable after the cable installation we are trying to contact the technician from last Tuesday but not getting to proper response nor he has visited the site. When we tried to contact the customer care their response was very bad they were asking us that “why u have purchased from Amazon#u should have purchased directly from us “so need immediate response and activation at our place or share the escalation matrix
