Dear Sir,
I am a very old subscriber with ID 1059084010 I had relocated to Indore last year in June end 2018. I had only installed only primary connection and had asked to discontinue the secondary connection.
Have called call center many times but no resolution till date still I get calls from your end and when I ask for the same no satisfactory answer is given. I have paid Rs.250 for the last almost 11 months unnecessarily. I wanted the same to be adjusted as I am not using and had asked for disconnection but nothing was done.
Request your good self to provide me a solution for the same.
