This is to bring to the kind attention to the TRAI authorities towards the actions of Tata sky
Last year we took the platinum subscription from the company for an year which is supposed to come an end in the month of august this year. So, it is eveident that till august we are not bound to give any money for any latest package and similar. However without any intimation or permission they transferred an amount to our account and made changes in the choice of channels which is actually unethical. Without are pernission or any intimation such an act would not have been carried out by Tata Sky and its employees.
So, we are looking forward for the higher authorities at TRAI to look into the matter and take immidiate action against the TATA SKY.
