I had recharged Rs.500/- on 13.05.2019 and since then there was no signal , for which I had lodged a complaint on 14.05.19. the work order no. was16ZSC1JC, subsequently, upon much persuation nothing moved, till Dt.25.05.19. when I had to Lodge complain at consumer forum, which was duly taken care and rectification was done on 30.05.2019.
Again on 01.06.19 , means after only 2days again my connection was deactivated at mid night. asking for the monthly recharge to be paid.
Here with I seek your justice, how far the company is justified? when out of 2 connections I have only one connection was rectified after so much hurdles.
Herewith, I seek my genuine claim, of service to be provided for the amount paid to the company. That is extension of the period of the service for next one month. But now. arbitarily the company had fixed the date, by providing service for 2 days on 30th and 31st May’19 full amount kept with them is taken back.
Seek Justice.
