Hi Sir ,

We had raised the request on the “relocation of Tata Sky connection”, As we moved a couple of building away in the same area and the same street. Its been more than 2 weeks and yet we didn’t get any such service from the tatasky service providers.

We reached “call center” for help several times say (40) times. The response would be like the issue will be resolved within 48 hrs. We have not received any help or support so far

We are extremely disappointed with the service and the way it is been handled. We were put on hold for hours when we tried to contact call center managers.

I would like to say it has become a pain to get services from our own service providers whereas services are extremely fast when comes to other broadband service provider like Airtel. With a heavy heart, I would say with a heavy heart we will not purchase any tata products or take any connection

Please get this issue addressed, Mostly we want our money to be refunded.
