With reference to my above complaint ID, I have placed a request for cancellation of my additional TV through Mobile App on 22nd or 23rd April, 2020, which was not successful bcz my set-top box was not power on.
After I try again the next day but it says to contact customer care. I called TATA SKY Customer Care Center Number and talked with the executive for the same. He said my subscription is expiring so I should recharge my account after the request will be completed.
I have raised a query that my account is showing charges including extra TV, the executive confirmed that the extra TV charges will not be deducted or it will be refunded as he has placed a request for cancellation.
Now after 2 months of the same, I have got the message for paying monthly charges the same as before as my accounting is going to be deactivated. I have called again the customer care center and raised the complaint for deduction of extra money from the last 2 months.
They are again repeating the same that you have to recharge the account and then your additional TV connection can be canceled.
I have been not using my additional TV for several months, still, I paid the charges bcz I have not canceled it, but after cancellation why I should pay the extra charges.
I have logged the complaint for the refund of the access amount that has been deducted from my account for the last 2 months, still not got any resolution on the same.
I am using TATA sky connection from last 4-5 years, still, I will not recharge my account unless and until my issue has been resolved with them. It’s not my fault.
I have been canceled the extra connection on time, again I have canceled the same by talking to their customer care center, then again why the charges have been deducted.
Do needful to resolve the issue and refund the access amount. It’s not a big amount, still its matter of feel like cheating. It’s their system fault.
