I lodge first complaint on 24th June.. after 3 to 4 days without intimation complaint closed. This will happen around three times. I didn’t support from call center.They said every time call closed by 24 hrs., But I am very frustruted to .ultiple calling to customer care.. Finaly I got remote on 14th July.. I request to get waiver which I was not able to swa TV due to remote. I got onli 100Rs. Waiver.
I have to complaint first they harrass me for multiple complaint closing without any intimation. second when I lock the complaint against waiver as they not giving waiver but this agent rudely and lying behaved.
