Sub – problems still unresolved.
1.Tata Sky Not working properly since day of Installation in spite of giving complaints numerous times.
2.
Not receiving zee family pack channels except for news channel for which I am paying subscription but services not being provided.
In spite of collecting zee pack subscription why Taa Sky I’d collecting subscription fees.
3.
Amplifier missing for which I paid 1500 apart from installation amounts for Super LNB & Amplifier apart from their charges.
4.
Channels are hanging again n again.
5.
If one setup box is switched off my other setup box is also stopping giving network relays from day 1 of installation for which Tata never solved problem in spite of giving numerous complaints.

With reference to the above Tata Sky ID my problems are still unresolved which I mentioned above point by point.
I am paying monthly full subscription but Tata Sky failed to provide proper services by not resolving problems but collecting monthly subscription promptly.
Please look into the matter & Do the needful.
