Raised a request to close my connection on May 29th, 2020 and on 30th May their technician person came and collected Tata Sky Bing and 9th June another person came to collect the remaining 3 boxes.
The customer care updated that they had received all the boxes and will get my refund on 19th 2020.
But from 12th the local people started calling daily and chasing when to come to collect the setup boxes.
Really the Tata Sky is harassing customers like anything…
