• Hi my name is praful..Tata sky replaced my old setup box without my consent and added charges to my account…calling them from last 3-4 daysyo solve my issue. ..they had called some 20 – 25times everyday and troubling ..the technician even called from his personal number and threatened me..i told them they have cheated you can take your box back which I don’t want but they deactivatd evverything forcing me to recharge so the amount can get deducted which they charged without my concent..and behaving Soo rude..I have their call recording s and all ..I told them I will complaint .but they are Soo confident that nothing will happen.so they rudely say do what ever you want to ..nothing will happen to us.nobdy will complaint..I mean it’s such a shame..I have been using Tata sky for more than 7years .all I just wanted to start my TV. but they have cheated and done fraud .now I can’t do anything …I know nothing will happen . cause they kown it nothing is gonna happen nobody will take action against them .as they have done this many times..with many people so they are become masters.and we costumers just end up paying ..now they started threatening and talking like gundas..so that people will get scared..there technician called from is personal cell and told me my name is Amit tiwari you do whatever you want to do I will see it..I just want some justice so that this people will stop cheating other people.cause now they are doin it openly.
