Hi team,
My Tatasky is not working Tata Sky ID 1281462091(showing cloudy weather outside) I have complaint Tata sky customer care regarding this, they schedule technician visit for that on last Saturday. I confirmed your customer care executive regarding charge. They confirmed me that you don’t have to pay any charge just because it is on warranty. Your technician visited on Saturday and adjusted the anteena only and tata sky start working. Now next day I got message from Tata sky that I have charged ₹300 for technician visit and some part changed in Anteena. Your technician haven’t changed any part then how come you charged me ₹300. It’s a useless charge that Tata sky team charged me. I have complete evidence. I am completely cheated by TATASKY. Now I will take legal action on Tata sky.
