My set top box tata sky was not working so i called up tata sky for technician and when technician came he told me that the box have to changed for that you will have to pay rs 899 as recharge only and he also mentiond that the price are same so you can even ask in customer care. Ok as thier staff thinking i trusted him n told him to do and he did everything n went of n he didn’t even give my older box to me
After he went i called customer care they said me that the box costs only 400 then why did hee looted extra Amount from me
And when i asked him to take that box back he refused so i am just seeking my 900 cash again and the old box again but the company refuses that they can’t
