Good Afternoon,
I am one of the user of Tata sky. I filed a request of no signal is coming even after recharge my DTH. Customer care officer filed my request and asked me technician will visit at your place within 2-3 hrs and no need to pay anything as my DTH is in warranty.
Firozabad service centre called me and asked for visit charge. I told her that CC officer instructed me to not to pay anything extra as my Connection is in warrrnty. She said this is our internal charge you need to pay. I denied to pay.
I waited for technician but he didn’t come. Then again I called to CC and filed request for technician visit.CC told me that my last request has been canceled and filed my request again . He told me technician will visit within 2 hrs. Even after 4 hrs nobody came. Only one msg was come that “Primary RMN No. 82380XXXXX has been updated to: 9997862159 & enabled for SMS/Missed Call transactions on your TataSky a/c”. Immediately after that my request was cancelled again without informing me and any discussion.
Again I filed my complaint, again request was cancelled by Firozabad Service team without any information. Same was repeated 6 times.
This is clear a integrity issue through interrupted my account by changing my RPN number and given instruction of cancelled request from other number .
