Hi,

 

My RMN with Tata sky is 9885573149

it is with sheer disappointment that I have to write this mail to you since for last 1  month my efforts to resolve this amicably with a Tata sky went in vain

1. I had been loyal customer to Tata sky for almost 9 years where they had been charging my avg monthly subscription charges of almost 600 Rs !

2. I was happy using SD services

3. Suddenly one day I receive a call frin m Tata sky exec asking me to shift to HD

4.  I was resistant and I said no I am happy using SD but CSE was persistent and said I ll get very good quality and stuff like that and I will only charged 525 Rs for that. I somehow agreed and paid the amount

5. Truly speaking I didn’t see any change in my picture quality instead I got few HD channels which I never wanted that for a month

6. But the problem started when over again my services stared losing signal and over again I kept getting again info to reinsert  the card back in the box and that is within 6 months of giving box to me _ since then I am running behind them like anything

7. Finally n 10th Nov 2018 I was assured by customer service that we will replace the box and I was categorically communicated that I will not be charged for box Again since I was already charged. Basis assurance from Tata sky I went ahead else I clearly told them to deactivate the services and return me back amount over due with the, for next few months

8. On 10th of Feb suddenly my services are deactivated and it is painful to see that Tata sky is simply careless to resolve this issue and ironically they have charged 500 Rs to my account!

Why should I pay again for the box which is forcibly put on me and if there is  issue of card slot in the box.. solicit your  support as it is unfortunate to see such a non committed response from Tata sky execs on this.
