My setup was restarting very five minutes I logged a complaint the technician came he not checked anything and said there is an issue with setup he replaced the setup. Same day evening new setup got activated and I have faced same issue. I logged complaint again agent told me tech will come again I waited next day nobody came called agent again she said she will check but she not replied called her again she switched off the mobile. Called call center she arranged tech again next day he visited he checked everything and found there was issue with adaptor not with setup box so why Tata sky charged me for setup box. So refund my 400 ASAP.
