I have a request to register complaint on my Tatasky Setup box Subscriber ID : 1262887456 as follow.
Complaint.no:1
No Channels are visible from 17-Feb-2019 to 02-Mar-2019.
I called to customer care number from Landline phone, there will be some technical issue & it will be resolved shortly due to Trai Immigration. Actually I lost my money without viewing any channels around 15 days.

After new Recharge on 19Mar ,22 Mar & 26 Mar ,Suddenly some channels are not visible as usual.I called to customer care & this time to register complaint first :1DU2RSET. They informed me again .there will be some technical issue Time: 26th Mar2019(22:00).

Today I activated some paided channels ,My Existing Validity was reduced based on paided channels are charged & But Channels are not visible.Again I contacted to customer care ,they told technical team will contact on 30-Mar-2019.
Please find the attachment file for paided channels are charged & reduce the validity date.
Please sort-out this issue & revert back my money immediately.If you can’t sort-out this issue,please escalate to higher level immediately.
