Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar:

I have recharged my annual pack but suddenly all channel not coming , the i have call to customer care he said to me , your pack changed .. and your annual pack is not annual and converted into month …. as per customer care my 4 month detected from annual pack  . this rule is very bad for existing customer, i will never connected with tata sky  because  “jhut bol ke rechage karaya ” .
