I have subscribed Sports Dhamaka HD annualy with ID 1222535773 & registered Mobile No. 9438589964 which is going to expire on October,2019. But it very much surprising that after 23rd April,2019, the channels available under said pack has been changed without our consent.
Since I have subscribed for one year , the channels should be continued till the end of subscription period otherwise it violate the terms of subscription. All Regional odia channels has not been provided as earlier.
Further in spite of request for OTV channel in registered mobile, the channel is active d only for 2 to 3 days and again de-active though it is a free channel. I request you to considered my problem & continued with earlier pack subscribed .
