1. My Tatasky account number is 1320500083. I called your customer care to remove channel # 459 Star Sports HD Hindi as I was unable to do the same through Tata Sky application. Your customer care representative named “Kamlesh” disconnected call and blocked me on customer care number 1860 208 6633 without resolving my query.
2. I am a premium customer of Tata Sky since long and enjoying it’s services thoroughly however such cheap and silly activities disappointed me. As the same was never expected from Tata Sky.
3. I request you to please remove aforesaid channel from my account and take a strict action against your representative. So that such incident would not repeat again in future with any customer. Because these directly impacts on your trusted name.
