I have recently taken Tata sky broadband internet connection five days ago. And it is not working from last two days. I have tried many times to contact with executives but either they are not picking up the call or they are dening to come. This morning I have contacted with one of them perhaps he was assigned against our complaint ticket for our support but from last 5hours he repeatedly saying that I’m coming and I’m driving. When I called again he is not responding to my calls.
Seriously this is the worst experience I’m going through. I had not paid for this router showcase only.
From last 2 days I’m unable to access the internet.
Please help me.
