I bought the connection on 2nd March 2019, they were giving introductory offers and it was tempting to try new broadband connection. It’s only 25 days and the router goes bad Evey 5 days so the engineer has already replaced 4 routers. Engineer says it’s a firmware issue on the router, but they don’t have router form other companies so they are using the same one repeatedly and causing havoc by troubling me every 5 days. I want a penalty from Tata sky for doing this with me also a full refund of my payment.
