I switched over to tata sky over a month back and paid around 3600 Rs for a 3 month subscription. During the time I have filed more than 8 complaints regarding connectivity issues, frequent disconnection, and extremely low speeds. None of these issues were closed to my satisfaction and with my consent. Over the month,the frequent disconnections had caused me a great deal of discomfort as all of my work is carried out from home. The inconsistent services have severly impacted my productivity and hampered me from carrying out my work. Out of frustration, I’d requested for a full refund and termination of services but I was told that it is not possible.
At the time of installation, I was assured by the tata sky representatives that the services are top notch and any complaints are dealt with within 30 minutes. This is incorrect. Not only the service engineers take a full day to visit the premise but often time I’ve found my service requests to be closed without seeking my consent and without any improvement in services.
I am raising this complaint against Tata Sky Broadband services in Noida Sector 121 Area, to seek full refund and compensation for the mental agony and loss of work I had to suffer because of their services.
