My society located in pune- Ravet had always dependend on locals to provide internet service. Recently few months back private player like Tata bb came in. We all were exited and opted for Tatasky bb immediately. But from the past 2-3 months the situation has been such that we are facing network outrage every single day. We are not receiving internet connectivity for atleast 7-8 hours every day. That also during this time of Covid where in WFH is mandatory.
I have made multiple complaints…my society members have made so many complaints, but it is getting resolved only on daily basis. Next day the problem re appears…i.e. almost everyday for 7-8 hours we are without internet.
Tata sky bb management seems to be least interest in resolving our problem. We want to file a case against TataSky bb for the mental harassment caused due to this. People may almost loose their job due to this..tatasky doesnt seems to be understanding this.
