I applied for tata sky broadband connection. they took money for data package without establishing connection and installation. Now everyday i try to reach them they ask to wait for 2 hours(Both technician and customer care service) and keeping my call on holds, every day call duration is nearly than 1 hours. now when i am requesting them for refund for paid amount(5395/-) then also they are not responding.
Everyday its a mental torture.
