my box was accidentally broke and I raised a complaint for the same. Under tata sky after sales faq on the website
It is clearly written box replacement 400rs
Despite my 5 complaints tata sky on field technician is denying he will not change it
However chst support has been saying box can be changed paying 400rs
I very upset with this service from tata sky
I feel like I am cheated
Please raise my complaint as I need resolution
