Hello Sir,
I have received one OTP from tata sky provided, after that i have received call from tata sky person he ask me for OTP. I was told him why are asking for OTP hr told me one day offer 30 days free service for tata sky bingo. i give him OTP number then i got one message from tata sky ur service is activate. then i call him he told me our technician come tomorrow and fit device but technician is not come. but my amount is deducted from account. i have call five times for customer care but they have not solved my problem. i have decided to go to consumer court or stop tata sky service .
