Respected Sir/Madam,
I got Tata sky new connection on 26.01.2020 but not applied for any additional binge services. They activated binge services without my consent and without any information and debiting my amount daily. I don’t have WiFi in my home. How can I use binge services at my home. I informed to deactivate to tata sky customer care via phone and chat on 21.02.2020, But they de-activated on 03.03.2020. But not recredited my amount to my account. I informed same with customer care they told they will not credit. They don’t have proof about why and how they have taken permission to activate this facility to my account without my knowledge. They simply handed over device at my home to the uneducated person and they kept aside. We have not used it for even 1 minute. Please take steps regarding why they are activating facilities without consumer information and keep on debiting amount from our accounts. What is my consumer rights regarding this.please take necessary steps to credit my amount back which is debited without my knowledge and information. They even not sent any message or mail regarding activation of binge services. In my new plan also binge services automatic activation not available.
