Text of Complaint by Manoj Gupta:

I have been charged for Binge Plus Subscription on 15th June’21 and i have deactivated the Pack on 16th June but i have not receive any refund and service which was charged for a month also deactivated.

My concern is there was no informational message that i will not receive the entire months of subscription nither any refund.

 

Please resolve the issue. You can’t charge for something which you are not providing the benefit.
