Hello sir,
Installer promised to install tata sky Binge for one month free subscription in Feb and April. But, never installed Tata sky Binge at my home and charges of Rs 249 are deducted every month till date. Also, device is showing active on my subscriber ID. There is no proof or signature taken from my end for installation or submission of device. (No device at my home, installer is fraud and he is using it)
Tata sky customer care representatives always raise some request and closes back but my issue is not solved.
I have atleast called them more than 50 times now. Very Bad service.
