Tatasky binge was not installed at our premises but account is being charged for it.
please provide us the detail of the person who claims to install the device and the location of the device where it is active at the moment.
this is fraud and we would like to bring it to your notice that people who are not able to use the app or old people are being used and charged wrongly, just like it happened with us. what are the odds that it happens to lakhs of users.
please provide us with
- location of device
- persons contact details who installed
- register mobile number changed in process
- will lodge FIR and go to consumer court.
