My consumer number is 1365146784..from.kolkata..

Since.last many days..i.have been trying hopelessly to contact any tata sky compliant numbers but it is in vain as all nunbers are on IVRS..and I can speak.to no one..one of your nunbers given in your website is invalid..

I just can’t imagine how unprofessional your organisation can be…

Nobody in Kolkata ever attends to any calls..hardly…once it was contacted…but it was never responded..

Anyhow..my problem is…i have been provided a Tata sky binge which is defunct.. (It is not working…gone bad)..I did  not understand till I realised that …by that time I had already recharged..

Now youbvab take back this or provide me with  a new one..

Secondly.. I am not at all.happy with the general Tata sky system…as it is  not at all is we friendly..the local siticanle.in.my other room.is providing much better clarity…more enjoyable…with a much better control…

I have paid for some extra channels in Tata sky but those channels are not coming up

Totally frustrated with Tata sky
